6-Month Warranty

All of OneWildOne jewellery is gold plated or rhodium plated to the highest standard. Plated jewellery will naturally fade over time, but caring for your items properly will make it last the longest! Items that do fade can not be claimed for after the 6-month warranty period.

To care for your OneWildOne jewellery, we advise to avoid direct contact with cologne, perfume, soap, salt water and chlorine as this will cause the plating to tarnish more quickly. Store the jewellery in a dry place, ideally in a soft-lined box to protect it from scratching and impact damage.

6-Month Warranty

At OneWildOne, we stand behind the quality of our pieces.

All jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing faults.

What’s covered

Your warranty applies to:

  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Loose or missing stones due to a manufacturing issue
  • Structural defects that occur under normal wear

What’s not covered

Our pieces are designed to be worn and loved, but like all jewellery, they require care.

The following are not considered manufacturing faults:

  • Natural wear and tear, including scratches or dents
  • Fading of plating, which is expected over time and not covered under warranty
  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, or improper storage
  • Damage from impact, misuse, or accidental breakage
  • Items altered or repaired by a third party

To ensure longevity, we recommend following our care guidelines when wearing your jewellery.

How to make a claim

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at support@onewild.one with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear images of the item

We may ask for the item to be returned for further inspection before confirming the outcome.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • Store credit if the item is no longer available

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be reimbursed if the claim is approved.

A final note

Our warranty is designed to be fair — both to you and to us.
Claims that do not meet the above criteria, or repeated misuse of the policy, may not be accepted.

Tip 1

Falling somewhere in between two sizes? Go larger for maximum comfort.

TIP 2

Remember in colder weather your fingers can shrink down by half a size. Equally your fingers can swell in hotter weather.

TIP 3

Measure your ring size at the end of the day for the most accurate reading. Remember wider bands may fit tighter so size up.
