Buy a Ring, Get Free Earrings Promotion

1. The offer
For every qualifying ring purchased through our online store during the promotional period, the customer will receive one (1) pair of earrings from our store at no additional cost (free of charge).
2. Promotional period
This promotion is valid from 12:01am on Thursday 28 May 2026 and expires at 12:01am on Wednesday 3 June 2026 (UK time). Orders must be placed and payment completed within this window to qualify. Orders placed before or after these times will not be eligible.
3. How to claim
- Comment the keyword EARRINGS on the designated Instagram post to receive your unique discount code via Instagram direct message.
- Add a qualifying ring and your chosen earrings to your basket at onewild.one.
- Enter your discount code at checkout. The earrings will be reduced to £0.00.
- Complete your purchase before the promotion end date.
4. Eligible products
- Any ring available on our website at full price qualifies for this promotion.
- Any earrings available on our website at the time of purchase may be claimed as the free item.
- The free earring item is limited to one pair per qualifying ring purchase.
- Multiple ring purchases in a single order qualify for multiple free earring pairs (one pair per ring).
5. Exclusions
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, or promotional pricing.
- Gift cards and vouchers are not eligible as ring purchases for the purpose of this promotion.
- Rings already reduced in a sale are excluded from qualifying for this promotion unless otherwise stated.
- The promotion is not transferable and has no cash value.
6. Discount code conditions
- Discount codes are issued one per person and are valid for a single use only.
- Codes must be redeemed within the promotional period. Codes will not function after 3 June 2026.
- Codes cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.
- We reserve the right to void codes that we reasonably believe have been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
7. Availability
This promotion is available while stocks last. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific earring style or product. If your chosen earrings are out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative of equal or lesser value.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
The following applies to orders placed as part of this promotion and is aligned with our standard OneWildOne Refund Policy (onewild.one/policies/refund-policy):
Qualifying ring (purchased item):
- You may request a return on your ring within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- To start a return, please email support@onewild.one with your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds where promotional earrings are retained:
As earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons (see below), customers who wish to return a qualifying ring but retain the promotional earrings will receive a partial refund. The retail price of the promotional earrings at the time of purchase will be deducted from the ring refund.
For example: if your ring cost £80 and the earrings you selected retail at £25, your refund would be £55.
The retail price of the earrings applicable to the deduction will be confirmed by our team when your return is approved. We will always be transparent about this amount before processing your refund.
Free promotional earrings:
- In line with our standard policy, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons. This applies to the free promotional earrings received as part of this offer.
- Exchanges on earrings are not available, in line with our standard policy.
- If your promotional earrings arrive damaged or develop a fault, please contact us at support@onewild.one with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will assess and resolve in line with our 6-month warranty policy.
Exchanges on rings:
- We are happy to offer exchanges on rings purchased during this promotion, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned with tags still attached.
- To request an exchange, email support@onewild.one with your order number and the item you would like instead.
- If there is a price difference, you will be asked to pay any shortfall, or we will refund any difference where the exchange item is lower in value.
- Where a ring is exchanged (rather than returned for a refund), no deduction for the promotional earrings will be made, as the original purchase condition is being fulfilled.
9. Faulty items
If any item from your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at support@onewild.one with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will assess and resolve in line with our 6-month warranty policy.
10. Geographical eligibility
This promotion is open to customers we are able to fulfil orders for through onewild.one. Please refer to our shipping policy for eligible delivery regions.
11. General conditions
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided any changes do not affect orders already validly placed.
- We reserve the right to disqualify any participant we reasonably believe is abusing the promotion or acting in breach of these terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns
We hope you love your OneWildOne pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
How to Return
To start a return, please email us at support@onewild.one with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
We’ll provide return instructions from there.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for processing after receipt.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the issue
We’ll assess and resolve in line with our 6-month warranty policy.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges on all items except earrings, provided they are:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With tags still attached
To request an exchange, please email us on support@onewild.one with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your exchange.
If there is a price difference:
- You’ll be asked to pay the difference for higher-priced items
- We’ll refund the difference for lower-priced items
