Shipping policy

All of our packages are sent with Royal Mail. 

Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding any Bank Holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be picked and dispatched the following working day.

All of our orders are sent tracked, we cannot offer refunds of products should orders be delivered to your address and no-one is home to accept. Please make sure that if you are ordering, orders are sent at a time or place that someone will be in to receive items or mark a safe place on your delivery preferences with the courier. 

OneWildOne cannot claim any responsibility and will not replace any missing orders that aren’t flagged to the team within 2 days of their missed delivery. This is due to insurance purposes and it cannot be waived. Please contact the team on support@onewild.one with your order number and tracking.
